Subject: Copies of documents on line
Coos County is pleased to announce that you will now have access to print images retrieved over the Internet as of February 1, 2005. As copy fees are a major source of income for the Registry, a fee of $3.00 per page, plus a one-time set-up fee of $25.00, is equitable for this service.
Customers will be assigned an account number and asked to select a password. This information will allow you to print images from the Internet. The same account may be used at the Registry as well as over the Internet.
Copy fee schedule is as follows:
Copies purchased on site at the Registry of Deeds office = $2.00/page.
Copies purchased from the Internet = $2.00/page
Copies faxed from the Registry of Deeds office = $3.00/fax
If you choose not to open an account, the images and index will still be available for viewing. If you wish to obtain a copy, send a note to the Registry stating the book and page of the document requested along with a fee of $2.00 per printed page, adequate postage and/or postage paid return envelope. Copies will be forwarded the same day received.
If you wish to subscribe to this service, please complete the application form and return it to the Coos County Registry of Deeds at the address listed above. Include your check for the one time set-up fee of $25.00,along with an initial amount to work from (minimum amount of $25.00). Once established, any additional contributions can be mailed or brought into the Registry for deposit.
Please bear with us when encountering a problem as this is new territory for the Registries in the State of New Hampshire. If you do have a problem please let us know. You can e-mail the office or send a memo.
All accounts must be kept current, maintaining a $10.00 minimum balance. Any account not current, will be denied further printing access.. (There will be a $10.00 re-activation fee for accounts that are closed.
