Return postage to be added to each document. Checks should be made payable to Coos County Registry of Deeds No personal checks for state tax transfer stamps, please. L-CHIP Surcharge – $25.00 for deeds, mortgages, plans, & discharge of mortgages ALL DOCUMENTS AND WELL RELEASES EXCEPT AS LISTED BELOW Recording Fee Chart $ 12 for the first page of document $ 4 for each additional page UCC RECORDINGS AND TERMINATIONS $ 17 for first page $ 4 for each additional page ASSIGNMENTS OF MORTGAGES $ 12 for the first assignment per recorded document $ 4 for each additional page $ 5 for each subsequent mortgage being assigned DISCHARGES AND RELEASES $ 17 for 1st page $4 for each additional page $ 5 for each subsequent mortgage being discharged (If you are releasing more than one document, then you need to record separate releases.)
